Mikhala completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) / Bachelor of Health Science at RMIT University. Throughout her studies, she gained valuable experience across a variety of clinical placements, including sporting clubs and aged care settings, allowing her to work with individuals across different stages of life and levels of activity. She is passionate about caring for people and supporting them to move and feel their very best at every stage of life. Mikhala takes a patient-centred approach to treatment, combining evidence-informed practice with a genuine commitment to understanding each individual’s goals. In her spare time, Mikhala enjoys spending time with her friends and family (especially her two nephews & two nieces), exercising by going to the gym and trying to get into running and finding new coffee & matcha spots throughout Melbourne. In summer you'll find Mikhala at the beach and in the winter she spends her weekends going to the footy (AFL of course) and watching her favourite DJs perform live.
